New World's Customer Care team is centrally located and includes a spare parts department which holds over 36,000 different components for both new and old products.
In the unlikely event that you need to contact us, you can contact us in any of the following ways. Please have your model number and serial number to hand:
1. Visit our online Spares Store to purchase parts at your convenience
2. Complete our online Request a Service Engineer form and one of our representatives will contact you
3. Call our Spares or Service lines as listed;
