Should you require the additional peace of mind that the appliance is covered after your free first year guarantee has expired, you can choose to purchase up to 4 years additional cover – details are included with the appliance when you make a purchase.

Home Delivery
Confirmation of your order
You will receive a call from our dedicated Home Delivery Team the day after your order is received. This will be to confirm a convenient delivery date, subject to stock availability. Please note, delivery is not confirmed untill we have actually spoken with you and agreed a suitable delivery date.
Once your order has been booked in , our Automated Reminder Service will ring you the day before the delivery to remind you that your order will be out the following day. A text message will also be sent to your phone if you have provided the number.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR AMENDED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AGREED DELIVERY DATE AS THE PRODUCTS WILL BE EN-ROUTE.
Delivery Service
Your delivery will be by a specialised Home Delivery carrier using two experienced man crew for all deliveries. We deliver to the room of your choice (unless we feel that there are any health and safety risks e.g. staircase too narrow, or potential danger of damaging your order or property). We deliver between 7am and 7pm and estimated time of delivery can be obtained from 8am on the day of delivery by telephoning us on 0844 248 4139 (Calls to this number will be charged at 10p per minute from BT landlines. Charges from other providers and mobiles may vary). We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) in most UK mainland areas.

Nationwide service engineer cover
Fully trained Gas Safe New World engineers cover the whole of the UK and Republic of Ireland. Engineers are available to call between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (subject to availability).
